Suomy Alpha at Dakar with Paolo Ceci and HRC

After the first important debut in motocross world championship MXGP, Suomy Alpha raises the bar and takes part in the most prestigious rally-raid competition in the world. Starting point of the new project phase was "Mr Jump", the previous helmet protagonist in all important international offroad races, and during the development tests the new ALPHA has benefited from a lot of feedback directly from the most important riders in internationals offroad championships. The development continued even after market launch, and the first upgrade came towards the end of 2015 to increase ventilation, fitting and ease in no-tools cleaning. << I am very happy about this new partnership with a company  as prestigious and historic as Suomy - commented Paolo Ceci - The helmet is the most important protection for a rider ...and safety of the Alpha model is a guarantee! I immediately appreciated the good visibility of the helmet. Even for my discipline the starting level was good: With peak attack with four screws we found no pitching at high speeds; since the early autumn tests we focused on the behavior of the helmet by the hours: the work of the MXGP guys  allowed to make it really effective on the "short distance", while the Dakar and my future activity, in the toughest rally-raid around the world, will be the laboratory in order to test the correctives for continuous use and to increase the longevity and strength of the helmet. I am very motivated to attend this Dakar edition, with the desire to contribute to the victory of one of the top riders part of my HRC team >>. Thanks to the sensibility and experience of the italian Honda HRC rider from Modena, veteran in offroad rally competition, Suomy technical department, based in Italy, has found a valuable collaborator that will strengthen the skills to continue to work on all fronts of security, development and research: the department would like therefore to realize, toward the middle of next year, a second evolutionary step, or a possible kit, with all the improvements that will impact the Alpha helmet: "the offroad Brightest Star".
