Full steam ahead for Cervellin
With just one week between races, #michelecervellin is gearing up for the ninth round of the FIM world championship as it rolls into Ernee for the #mxgp of France.
Cervellin is no stranger to the track as he raced here in 2015 when he represented Italy in the Motocross of Nations. This is also the home GP of his mechanic Dominique. The hard pack track should suit the Italian as he favours this type of terrain. Temperatures are set to soar this weekend to 30 degrees, but this will not be an issue for Cervellin as he has performed well in the warmer climates.
Ernée is a purpose built hard pack motocross track in the small village of Ernée in NorthWestern France. It is famous for its steep drop off’s and hill climbs. It is also extremely popular with spectators as they can view 90% of the track from the opposing hill. It was used in the 2005 and 2015 Motocross of Nations.
