Suomy - Febvre full speed ahead!
The positive way of Febvre goes on : he falls down, recovers, wins and gains points on the rivals in the world championship; two podiums also for Suomy.
Another weekend more than satisfying for KYT and Romain Febvre, despite he falls down in the first manche , they gain points in the temporary rank of riders world championship.
He started from the second position and he was involved in a fall without fault at the first turn. After some seconds to pick up the motorbike, the temporary leader is 21st , second to last, and starts to recover in order to complete the race eight.
For sure better race 2: without touching Febvre at the first turn is leading and he is able to get margin to keep the leadership until podium .
It is thanks to his tenacity and his will of recover , like in one of the two rounds in Maggiora, that in the general rank Febvre gains the second position, valuable to be able to have two points more on his direct rival Tony Cairoli, now at 42 points less.
Celebrations also for Suomy, which is twice on the podium: in MXGP is Kevin Strijbos to gain the second position in race 1, kept for all 17 laps of the first manche, ahead of Paulin and Cairoli.
In MX2 the Finnish Harri Kullas, after a 5th position in race 1, gains the first podium in the second race of the day.
