The 2017 #audi Sport TT Cup has its champion. #philipellis arrived at the season finale, which formed part of the #dtm weekend at the Hockenheimring, as championship leader. The Briton won the penultimate race of the season on Saturday to open an unassailable lead with one race remaining. The third season of the junior series, which features 16 regular drivers from eleven countries, kicked off at the iconic circuit near Heidelberg roughly five months ago, and the new champion showed at the season-opener in May that he would be a force to be reckoned with in his second year in the #audi Sport TT Cup.

René Rast is the new #dtm champion. The #audi driver finished second in Sunday's final race of the season at the Hockenheimring. This result was enough to earn Rast the title in his first season in what is probably the most popular international touring car series. The #dtm rookie leapfrogged ahead of fellow #audi drivers Jamie Green and Mattias Ekström in the Drivers' Championship to claim the title with a three-point lead. As it has all season, the race tyre supplied by premium car maker #hankook once again produced a strong performance at the iconic circuit near Heidelberg, demonstrating impressive levels of grip and consistency.

The title race in the FIA #formula3 European Championship is over. Second place for championship leader #landonorris in Saturday's opening race at the final round in #hockenheim proved sufficient for the Briton to claim the title ahead of the final two races. The youngster also wrapped up the rookie competition to crown a very strong second half of the season. Since 2012, #hankook has supplied tyres to what is probably the strongest junior Formula series since 2012. The premium tyre maker's Ventus Race model allowed Norris to perfectly implement his strategy at every racetrack, as he consistently extended his lead over his rivals and ultimately secured the winner's trophy with races to spare.
