“The weekend before the start of this year’s championship, the PEUGEOT #308 #racing Cup provided evidence of its reliability, competitivepotential and versatility by scoring a number of podium finishes in theinternational competitions for which it is eligible. We were delighted to seeTeam Altran Peugeot score a one-two finish with the #308 at the 12 Hours of theRed Bull Ring – which was a round of the 24H Series – while Team Autohaus NettMotorsport came second in the second round of the VLN. We are now lookingforward to seeing all the #308 #racing Cups in action within the framework of theexciting new SRO-organised Championnat de #france des Circuits FFSA series.”

Laurent GUYOT, Manager, Customer Competition Programme, PEUGEOT SPORT

“The #308 #racing Cup has all the makings of being a verycompetitive championship. A number of RCZ #racing Cup regulars have been joinedby a number of talented French and non-French drivers and youngsters. It’sgreat to see 17 cars registered for Nogaro. The figure would no doubt have beeneven higher but our priority has been on the quality of our finished cars. Webelieve we will exceed the 20 mark very soon. The calendar has six rounds: fivewithin the framework of the Championnat de #france des Circuits FFSA series andthe sixth as a curtain-raiser ahead of July’s 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchampswhich will clearly be the highlight of the season.”
