The F4 Championship powered by #abarth finished with the success of the Norwegian driver Dennis Hauger in Italy and of the French Theo Purchaire in Germany.
In Italy the young Norwegian Dennis Hauger won the championship winning 12 races, and preceding the Brazilian Gianluca Petecof and the Estonian Paul Aron, first between the Rookies.
The Italian championship has been one of the most international series of the world. Indeed the first 14 places of the rank are taken by pilots of various nationalities, from 3 continents. 18 are the nation represented, with 38 pilots in the Italian series.
The ADAC F4 championship powered by #abarth has been compelling and hard fought as well, the German series of this category with 30 pilots. The French Theo Pourchaire won, before the Norwegian Hauger (who partook in both the championships) and Arthur Lecler from Monaco, the brother of the Ferrari driver.
Entertainment and competition are the key words in the Italian and German championships for the F4 category powered by #abarth. The two single-branded championships are only for the young pilots from the kart world who want to continue their career in the single-seated world. The purpose of these championships is to allow young talents to begin to compete - from 15 years of age - driving a single-seated car. The 1.4 T-Jet #abarth engine, the same of the #abarth 595 and 695, with low inertial turbocharger, delivers a maximum power of 160 CV at 5500 rpm, with a maximum torque of 240 N at 3500 rpm. The weight/HP ratio of 3,5 CV/kg is very good, and allows the cars to be extremely performing and make the championships formative and preparatory for the following series.
The experience in #racing, a very difficult trial, allowed the 1.4 T-Jet #abarth engine to reach an extremely high level of performance and reliability for the championship's competitiveness and at the same time its accessibility: it allows pilots to learn at a high level. This philosophy is in line with Abarth's one as, since the beginning, with its founder Carlo, allowed generations to shine at low risks. If at the beginning the tunings kits were famous for allowing the little cars to be competitive in the race and hill-climbs, today the offer is wider thanks to an engine that is ideal for all young people from all over the world who showed their talents in the first 6 seasons of the Italian F4 championship powered by #abarth and in the first 5 seasons of the ADAC F4 championship powered by #abarth.
There is still great engagement around these F4 championships powered by #abarth, as a demonstration of the validity of a very educative single-seater, that allows young pilots from the kart world to gain experience thanks to the 160 CV #abarth T-Jet engine, solid, powerful and reliable. A single-seater chosen by many sons of famous racers, like the German Mick Schumacher, son of the great champion Michael, his cousin David (son of Ralf Schumacher), the Brazilian Enzo Fittipaldi, grandson of the two times F1 champion Emerson.
