StatAttack – Brazil: It’s been a long time coming for Lewis Hamilton. In his tenth Brazilian Grand Prix at the Autodromo Carlos Pace, the three-time world champion registered his first ever race win in the home country of his idol Ayrton Senna. Last weekend’s GP victory was the 52nd of his career and his ninth in the current season. Lewis’s team-mate Nico Rosberg rounded off a perfect weekend for the Silver Arrows by making it the seventh one-two win of the 2016 campaign. Hamilton’s tally of victories is now the second

highest in the history of the top tier of motor #racing. Only record world championship winner Michael Schumacher has more victories to his credit, namely 91. Earlier on Saturday, Hamilton secured the 60th pole position of his Formula 1 career. This puts him third in the list of All-Time Greats behind Schumacher (68) and F1 legend Ayrton Senna (65). Ahead of the season grand finale in Abu Dhabi (25th - 27th November), Nico Rosberg has already wrapped up the 2016 Fastest Lap Award with six fastest laps.
