It's a competition that's similar to Rallycross, so I think I'll be on the pace and ready to fight. It's also going to be great to discover a new team and meet up with Klara again."

Extreme E aims to encourage everyone to take positive action to protect the planet’s future, using off-road electric #racing in natural environments under threat from climate change to highlight how we can prevent further damage and contribute to sustainability. #cupra has been part of Extreme E from the outset – they are a natural fit with aligning values.

What sets Extreme E apart is its ground-breaking inclusion of mixed gender driving teams, a rare occurrence in major motor #racing competitions. This progressive approach resonates perfectly with CUPRA's unwavering commitment to gender equality.

“By bringing Sébastien on board, the objective is clear, we want to fight for podiums and victories. Being part of the #cupra Tribe, is all about spirit and mindset,” said Xavi Serra, Head of #cupra Racing. “We proudly embrace this ethos both on and off the racetrack. We are looking forward to welcoming Sébastien to the Tribe for the upcoming race in Sardinia.”

The next race in the Extreme E calendar will take place in Sardinia on the weekend of 8-9 July. #abt #cupra, with Sébastien Loeb and Klara Andersson behind the wheel, will be ready to showcase their exceptional skills and determination as they continue the battle in Extreme E.
