The final results of the 13th edition have been published.

The Ceremonial Finish of the 2023 International Silk Way #rally took place on Red Square, in the very center of Moscow. The ceremony, organized by the Department of Sports of the city of Moscow in the year of the 100thanniversary of Moscow sports, brought together several thousand fans near Vasilievsky Slope, who came to congratulate the winners and prize-winners and see the passage of sports cars through the finish arch.

Oleg Matytsin, the Minister of Sports of #russia, became the guest of honor; he read the address of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to the competitors, organizers and guests of the Ceremonial Finish of the International Silk Way #rally.

"This #rally has firmly entered the calendar of prestigious international motorsport events. It unites well-known teams, eminent drivers and young professionals from different countries, contribute to the promotion and popularization of motorsports", the President emphasized. "I would like to thank the Organizers of the Silk Way #rally. And of course, to congratulate the winners and competitors of the #event. You have shown yourself worthy in a stubborn, close, fair contest. Well done!"

Then Oleg Matytsin spoke on behalf of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation, highlighting the role of the #rally in strengthening ties between peoples. "Today, here on Red Square, near the walls of the Moscow Kremlin, we meet the competitors who managed to overcome more than five thousand kilometers, go through a long and exhausting route that ran through 13 regions of #russia. In a close competition they proved their resilience to all the challenges that #rally drivers face", the Minister of Sports said. "It is gratifying that the Silk Way #rally not only brings invariably vivid impressions and positive emotions to spectators and fans, but also helps to strengthen international sports cooperation and popularize motorsport in the Russian Federation and beyond."

"The thirteenth edition of the Silk Way #rally has taken place, and on behalf of the competitors and Organizers of the #event I would like to thank the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation, the leaders of all 13 regions of #russia that have hosted the #rally route. We were a single team — both during the preparation for the #rally and during the days of its holding", Vladimir Chagin, the Head of the Project, said. "I also thank the Department of Sports of the city of Moscow — for the very beautiful festival they gave us today. And of course, I thank all our partners and sponsors, and first of all Gazprom PJSC and Alexey Miller personally for his support and attention to our Project."

After the official part the ceremony moved on to its high point — the passage of the finished crews through the arch. The winners and prize-winners of the #rally were awarded not only by Oleg Matytsin and Vladimir Chagin, but also by Alexander Dzheus, the President of the Russian Motorcycle Sports Federation, and Sergey Uspensky, the First Vice-President of the Russian Automobile Federation.

In addition to the vehicles traditionally participating in the Silk Way #rally — trucks, cars, SSVs and nimble motorcycles and quads, the fans saw the competitors and winners of two categories for motorsport fans and amateurs of sports competitions — the Small Towns of #russia Grand Tour and Adventure Trophy.

The crew of Andrey Rudskoy and Dmitry Karpov from the NG-Energo Team in a Russian-made car became the overall winner of the #rally and also excelled in the T1 classification. The first place in the T2 category was taken by Anton Melnikov and Anton Nikolaev in the Toyota LC200 of the Podmoskovye Team. Sergey Karyakin and Anton Vlasyuk from the Snag #racing Team secured the victory in the T3 category.

There is a historic victory in the Trucks standings — for the first time in 13 years of participation of the Belarusian team MAZ-SPORTauto in the Silk Way #rally, the first place in the class was taken by its crew consisting of Sergey Vyazovich, Pavel Haranin and Andrey Krahelskiy. In the #moto category the winner is the debutant Ilya Shcheglov from the Doc_32 Team, among the Quad standings there was no equal to Anatoly Kuznetsov from the Lion #racing Team, and Dmitry Kalinin came out on top in the dramatic conclusion of the fight in the G-Moto Challenge.

The total distance of the 9-day #rally was 5,228 kilometers, and the competition route covered 13 regions of the Russian Federation. At the bivouacs of the Silk Way #rally, within the framework of the G-Drive environmental initiative together with EcoPartners Group of Companies — the national recycling operator, a project to collect and recycle plastic bottles and aluminum cans was launched.

The International Silk Way #rally has again become one of the greatest motorsport events, simultaneously developing socially significant projects and initiatives. One of them was regular bivouac tours for children, during which the youngest fans could not only see sports cars, trucks and motorcycles with their own eyes, but also communicate with drivers and co-drivers, engineers and team mechanics. And, perhaps, one day some of the visitors of these excursions will return to the bivouac of the Silk Way #rally as #rally competitors.
