SUOMY comes back on podium
Unforgettable weekend for Suomy colours.
After two years of absence from the podium in MotoGP, both for Ducati and for us, in Texas Andrea Dovizioso gave us the first podium of the year. An unexpected win both for us and the fans of the ever-red of Borgo Panigale. Nice to see a Suomy helmet again on the podium of MotoGP. A smart race knowing the tires conditions Andrea waited for the right moment to overtake big riders. Thanks Andrea for giving us exciting feelings. The white and black horses waved like a flag on the podium allowed the whole world to read our brand.
The fourth and suffered position of Rins in Moto3, after a very difficult weekend for him for problems on his bike and of adaptation to a hard track , doesn’t satisfy anyone. We are sure that in the future this young rider will give us the first win with the entrant Honda, which is only at its second GP from its birth.
Great day also as regards the cross and first podium for Suomy with the third position of a wild Strijbos in MXGP. The Belgian of Suzuki fought a lot for the first position pleasing with the third step of the podium. Great race for this rider in the top category.
In MX2 fair race of the French Febvre, who was able to limit the damages in a not exciting day and to keep the fourth position in the world championship rank.
